I want to introduce our very first sponsor: Einmalig! It carries beautiful, one of a kind beaded jewelry.
If you've always wondered how to make those sweet story puppets, or a gorgeous needle felted doll on Waldorf kindergarten nature tables, you've come to the right place! I'm going to demystify the process of making these beautiful needle felted dolls!
All you need other than the regular needle felting supplies (barbed needle, wool, foam pad) is a couple of pipe cleaners from your local craft store.
Have fun!
*This tutorial was much longer than expected so I'll post part 2 in a few days. You can still leave a comment to be entered into the the Give-away:) I'm leaving it open for the whole week.
Here's another sweet project to do with your little one or give it on Valentine's day as a gift. This felt gift bag is great to put Valentine's goodies and share with your children and their friends!
Or use it as a mail bag and hang it on the door knob of their room, leaving secret love notes and special little treasures during the week of Valentine's! Our family does this for the whole month:)
*Twizzle is fun to make even with a child as young as 2 year old!
Materials needed for the project:
a piece of felt (approx. 8" x 4")
a small piece of wool roving (so very little!), or if you don't have any, unravel a small piece of wool yarn!
approx, 5' (60") of cotton yarn in three colors (or your preference) *use shorter length if you want to use it as a mail bag.
The contest is now closed. Thanks for your interest!
I'm giving away the sweet felt gift bag & the doll hat* that was made on this video!
*the Waldorf doll is NOT included, sorry:)

Here's an idea to keep the adorableness close to you! Just thread yarn (I used cotton here) through the snowman using a darning needle. Now you have a darling necklace for your child! I sold these necklaces at a Waldor Winter Faire one year and they were a big hit! They make great party favors and gifts, too! Send me a picture if you end up making one!
